Part of the reason I am so passionate is because I know what it’s like to experience the ups and downs of the relationship roller coaster ride. I have felt the fear, insecurity, and pain of feeling disconnected, hurt, and alone. 

After many years, and my own share of painful experiences, I was able to take the steps needed to move out of stuckness and into a place that felt secure, connected, and empowered. One of the ways this happened for me was through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT has helped me feel seen, heard, and understood in ways I never knew were possible. It also has helped me understand and see my loved ones in new ways that helped our relationships change for the better by connecting more deeply, and by forming new and more positive patterns of interacting.
